These Terms govern your use of the KubeDevKit platform (the "Service") operated by La Marmite LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
KubeDevKit is a cloud-based platform providing observability, deployment orchestration, and operational tooling for Kubernetes environments. The Service is delivered on a subscription basis and includes features such as GitOps automation, log and metric aggregation, cost analytics, and incident management.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Invoicing is handled by our payment service provider. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly provided in the Refund Policy below or where required by applicable consumer law. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) unless stated otherwise.
You may not use the Service to transmit malicious code, scan or attack systems you do not own, host content violating any law, infringe third-party intellectual property, or otherwise cause harm. We may suspend access without notice in response to abuse.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Pro and Enterprise tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via the status page. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the SLA commitments in your plan.
You retain all right, title, and interest in data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy below for details on how we handle personal data.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; termination is effective at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for material breach after reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

To provide, maintain and improve the Service; to bill you; to send transactional emails (account, billing, security); to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with legal obligations.
We rely on the following sub-processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU-West-1), Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (transactional email), Cloudflare (DDoS protection, CDN). All operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, portability or restriction of your personal data. Send requests to privacy@kubedevkit.com. We respond within 30 days.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Usage logs are retained per the retention period of your tier. Billing records are retained 10 years as required by tax law.
We use strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF) and optional analytics cookies (opt-in). No third-party ad trackers.
We want you to be satisfied with KubeDevKit. The following refund terms apply to all paid subscriptions:
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact billing@kubedevkit.com within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to the first paid month only.
For annual plans, cancellations after the 14-day window are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion of the billing period, less a 10% administrative fee.
Usage-based overages (storage, egress, compute minutes) consumed during the billing period are not refundable. Enterprise plan deposits are governed by the signed Master Service Agreement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

We aim to respond to general and sales inquiries within one business day. Billing and privacy requests are answered within 72 hours. Security disclosures are triaged within 24 hours.
